The services offered by us include the jobs and news/articles  at newsatknock.com or and any other feature, content or applications offered from time to time by jobs in connection with the NewsatknocK website whether accessed directly or through our application for your devices. These Terms of Use (this "Agreement") set forth the legally binding terms for your use and are to be complied with in addition to any agreement or terms agreed upon between the parties for the NewsatknocK services. 1. Eligibility :

We render the use of the NewsatKnock jobs services void where prohibited. Newsatknock.con is not to be considered to be an employer with respect to Your use of the  Website and NewsatknocK shall not be responsible for any employment decisions, for whatever reason, made by any entity posting jobs on the Website.

You understand and acknowledge that if You cancel Your employer account or Your employer account is terminated, all Your account information from NewsatknocK, including saved resumes, network contacts, and email mailing lists, will be marked as deleted in and may be deleted from NewsatknocK databases. Information may continue to be available for some period of time because of delays in propagating such deletion through WedJobs webservers.

In order to protect our NeNewsatknocK Job Community Users from commercial advertising or solicitation, NewsatKnocK reserves the right to restrict the number of e-mails which an employer may send to Users to a number which deems appropriate in its sole discretion.

Job postings

A Job posting shall not include the following:

Jobs that don’t comply applicable local, national and international laws, including but not limited to laws relating to labor and employment, equal employment opportunity and employment eligibility requirements, data privacy, data access and use, and intellectual property; Jobs or other advertisements for competitors of NewsatknocK post jobs or other content that contains links to any site competitive with NewsatknocK Jobs; Sale, Promotion or Advertisement of Products or Services Any business opportunity that requires an upfront or periodic payment or requires recruitment of other members, sub-distributors or sub-agents; Advertisement of sexual services or seek employees for jobs of a sexual nature; Requesting the use of human body parts or the donation of human parts, including, without limitation, reproductive services such as egg donation and surrogacy; Endorsement of a particular political party, political agenda, political position or issue; Endorsement of a particular political party, political agenda, political position or issue; racial or ethnic origin political beliefs, philosophical or religious beliefs membership of a trade union , physical or mental health , sexual life, the commission of criminal offence or proceedings or age.

NEWSATKNOCK reserves the right to remove any job posting or content from any Newsatknoc  Website, which in the reasonable exercise of NewsatknocK discretion, does not comply with the above Terms, or if any content is posted that NewsatknocK believes is not in the best interest of NewsatknocK.If at any time during your use of the NewsatknocKServices, You made a misrepresentation of fact to NewsatknocK Jobs or otherwise misled in regards to the nature of your business activities, WedJobs will have grounds to terminate your use of the  Services.
