Passengers of IndiGo flying from Delhi to Varanasi were evacuated through emergency door after receiving bomb threat by Islamist on board. All passengers are safe, flight is being investigated.
Passengers aboard IndiGo flight 6E2211 from Delhi to Varanasi were evacuated through the emergency door following a bomb threat.
These bomb threats have become such a menace.throws normal life out of gear.so many such threats reported in past & not one of them have been cracked.Often dismissed as hoax.Who are these people with no fear of consequences?
“IndiGo flight 6E2211 operating from Delhi to Varanasi had received a specific bomb threat at Delhi airport. All necessary protocols were followed and aircraft was taken to a remote bay as per guidelines by airport security agencies. All passengers were safely evacuated via the emergency exits. The flight is currently undergoing inspection. Post completion of all security checks, the aircraft will be positioned back in the terminal area,” IndiGo said in a statement.
